The wrap feels quite overwhelming right from the bag, but the first handwash will tame it significantly. It's heavy, but airy and cushy; has excellent support and is gentle for your shoulders. The wrap is not suitable for newborns, but is great for older babies and toddlers. I would recommend this wrap to wrappers experienced in handling heavy wraps.
