Soft, fluffy and floppy, woven in our classic triweave technique - an all around perfection. Just one washing cycle and nearly no breaking in effort is needed. Organic Supima cotton is one of the best cottons out there and combined with seaweed and tencel, it results in a gentle but strong wrap suitable from newborn to toddler. The wrap is easy going, easy to tie and the wrap job will stay in place. Airy, snugly and have we already said that it is amazingly soft without being saggy?

Natural, untreated tussah silk with huge nubs and slubs on light silver. The wrap has a natural, raw look. Tussah silk might contain small pieces of straw which will come out with wash and use. Woven in our signature blackberry weave, the wrap is supportive and will break in easily. This is an all year round wrap. It has a loose airy weave and is therefore suitable for warm weather. NB. Please note that hemp is prone to crease and therefore it is recommended to wash this wrap at maximum of 800 rotations per minute. The wraps come with a hand wash sign on the labels as a reminder for you to use less rotations in the washing cycle.

It contains highly absorbent materials which are easy to wash and easy to care for. It will be your grab and go wrap for all your beach, forest, mountain trips and any other outdoor activities.

* Pith paper *
Pith paper is made from the spongy pith of the branches of a small tree Tetrapanax papyriferum which grows in Taiwan. In fact the pith paper has nothing to do with paper as we know it in our modern use. Pith paper has been used in China for several centuries as a base for water color paintings. Nowadays the pith paper yarn is used for making surgical outfits, toys and artificial flowers and occasionally as a base for paintings. The yarn from pith paper is a very strong and durable, resistant to time and wear. It is also very absorbent and is very much suitable for warm climates.
* Ramie *
Ramie is a flowering plant of the nettle family and is known as “China grass”. It comes from East Asia and has been used in China for over 5 centuries as a textile fiber, long before cotton has been introduced into the Far East. Ramie fibers are naturally white and do not need bleaching. Ramie is a lot more absorbent than cotton and textiles containing ramie yarn are very much suitable for warm and humid weather. Ramie yarn is resistant to bacteria and mildew. It has natural stain resisting ability which makes the removal of stains and dirt from ramie easier than from cotton. On top of that ramie yarn is strong with lustrous silky appearance.

Onemata (or - neh - mah - tah) originates from the Maori language and means "fertile soil'. Whenua Onemata is a heavy weight wrap, which requires breaking in period. The wrap feels quite overwhelming right from the bag, but the first handwash will tame it significantly. It's heavy, but airy and cushy; has excellent support and is gentle for your shoulders. The wrap is not suitable for newborns, but is great for older babies and toddlers. I would recommend this wrap to wrappers experienced in handling heavy wraps.

Genesis Murasaki
Genesis Murasaki is woven on the purple combed Egyptian cotton warp with natural hemp and mulberry silk yarn for the weft. It will take a little effort to break in the hemp yarn. However, afterwards you will be rewarded with a solid, strong, supportive, but floppy and easy going wrap. This wrap is great for heavier babies and toddlers. Once broken in, it is suitable for the newborns as well. I would recommend this wrap to wrappers experienced in handling wraps with hemp or linen blends. The hemp yarn in this wrap is naturally slubby. The wrap has mostly small nubs and slubs, and occasionally biger ones. Some of them will come off naturally during the use, other ones will stay.
