Ngahere means "forest" in the Maori language. This is a solid wrap with excellent support. Your toddler will be weightless. It requires a moderate breaking in period. Once broken in, the wrap will be suitable for younger babies as well. This is a popular, easy in care and use blend. The wrap is machine washable and suitable for most experience levels.

Linen
Silk, Weave: Triweave, GSM: 320 - 340 g/m², Pattern: Whenua, 42% bordeaux Egyptian cotton, 35% red linen, 13% charcoal bourette silk, 7% charcoal cashmere, 3% charcoal mulberry silk 330 gr/m2, triweave
Onemata (or - neh - mah - tah) originates from the Maori language and means "fertile soil'. Whenua Onemata is a heavy weight wrap, which requires breaking in period. The wrap feels quite overwhelming right from the bag, but the first handwash will tame it significantly. It's heavy, but airy and cushy; has excellent support and is gentle for your shoulders. The wrap is not suitable for newborns, but is great for older babies and toddlers. I would recommend this wrap to wrappers experienced in handling heavy wraps.
