Multi-color sparkles on black with light silver bourette silk. Woven in our signature raspberry weave, this wrap is a perfect combination of softness and strength. Bourette silk is one of our most loved fibers as it gets very soft and floppy with use without loosing its strength and grip - perfect for keeping the wrap job in place for many hours. Multi-color glitter is a total stunner. It shines from within, looking classy and glamorously at the same time on this neutral wrap. Phases Radiance is suitable from newborn to toddler. The wrap can be machine washed at gentle wool/silk cycle.

Unique, innovative, truly ice breaking, the first machine woven on the royal baby alpaca warp. Teal blue Japanese tsumugi silk with its tiny nubs on black creates a subtle vintage look. This is a soft but compact and firm wrap. Royal baby alpaca is soft from the start and Japanese silk gives the wrap a gentle but firm grip, just enough to keep the wrap in place for many hours. The wrap is perfectly suitable for newborns but is strong enough for toddlers. Royal baby alpaca is an excellent temperature regulator; it is not too warm and preserves just the right amount of your own body warmth for cozy and snugly feel. Japanese silk adds extra texture and drape. This wrap requires nearly no breaking in. You will be able to enjoy the qualities of this amazing blend right after the first hand wash.

This is a medium-heavyweight wrap. It is soft even unwashed and will get even more soft after washing. The wrap is easy to warp with and is suitable for all levels of experience. It is soft and gentle even for the bare skin of the newborns, and will provide a great support for the toddlers.

Vicugnas were first domesticated and bred into alpacas by the ancient tribes of the Andean highlands of Peru, Argentina, Chile and Bolivia. Two thousand-year-old Paracas textiles are thought to include alpaca fiber. Also known as “The Fiber of the Gods”, Alpaca was used to make clothing for royalty (wikipepdia).
The best alaca yarn is known as royal baby alpaca. This yarn rivals cashmere for softness and silk for smooth feeling and subtle sheen. The royal baby alpaca is lighter than wool and is much warmer. It has kept the people of the Andean highlands warm for thousands of years. This yarn is also stronger than wool and is naturally water resistant. Items made from royal baby alpaca will last for years with minimum care. The royal baby alpaca yarn is made from the finest, carefully selected fibers. It is free from the coars fibers which give the prickly sensation and can be worn against bare skin.
